Smokey Green Eye

Practicing eye make-up I tried a smokey green eye (urban decay) with a glittery gold and pale green blended into the edge. I never know how far to take the dark colour but I noticed in photos of my last performance that my eyes didn't look dark at all even though I had tried to make them dark. I've read that Mac's 'Beauty Mark' is very good so might go and try some of that.

Also using mac's shark stick as a base and then applying your colour with a slightly dampened brush will help intensify the colour.
I love the shape you shaded across your eyelid, it really suits your eyes.

Thanks! I did use a wet brush to try and get the intensity. I never know what shape to go with the darker colour! I was watching something the other day that had the lighter shades underneath the eye so might try that next time.
