Is this your natural hair, or fake hair? And if it's fake, what is it made out of?

if yer talking about real dreads you can bleach them & then dye them. the only thing is since the hair is so damaged you probably won't get super bleach blonde but like a light brown. so if you wanted something super vibrant you may want to look into either purchasing individual dreads in color to pin into your hair or you could buy hair (undreaded) & dread it into the dreads you already have, if that makes sense. if you purchased individual dreads you could even sew them at the roots of your real dreads =D an ex of mine was obsessed with dreads for a while so we came up with all sorts of neat experiments, lol!

Dreads can be bleached out and dyed, but you'll need a bleach that is more liquidy than your normal powdered bleach...you want it to penetrate thru the dreads...and if your hair is light brown, you shouldn't have a problem getting past the red/brassy stage...
