Sat, October 17, 2009 - 4:15 PMWet & Wild H2O proof liquid liner has had the best staying power for me. Stays on through sweaty Ren Faires! -

Re: tribal dots
Mon, October 19, 2009 - 9:02 PMI second the H2O Proof- it's pretty good, but even that doesn't do the trick for me; I'm still experimenting with the various brands of "semi-permanent" felt eyeliner pens. -

Re: tribal dots
Fri, October 23, 2009 - 10:09 AMI third this stuff! I use it every day, it never smudges, it lasts all day through ren faires, and through performances. Once it is dry it doesn't smudge unless you really rub it. -

Re: tribal dots
Sat, October 24, 2009 - 2:31 PMI fourth this stuff!!! Fantastic holding/staying power and actually takes a bit of serious determination on the wearers part when you do finally break down and wash your face! -

Mon, October 26, 2009 - 2:33 PMThis is the H2O Proof eyeliner I was talking about- the thread seems to have gotten a bit mixed up with people responding for one product under another's topic, so here's this:

Re: tribal dots
Mon, October 19, 2009 - 5:10 PMSephora has a new kit for $20 of (I think) 6 different waterproof liners in all different colours and they do a good job of not smearing from sweat/heat. They *will* smudge if you rub them, but not from just sweat or heat (or tears).
Another thing that helps is to set your foundation with powder and apply over that. It helps (a lot) to keep things from sliding around on you.

Re: tribal dots
Tue, October 20, 2009 - 1:37 AMI love Harquus body paint. It sets very very well, no running, no rubbing off and there are some great things you can do to give your temporary body art a lovely sheen of glittery color. Here's the site. www.mehandi.com/shop/harquus/ -

Re: tribal dots
Sat, November 14, 2009 - 8:18 PMYes, it stays on even through sweating :) Our Florida hot and humid outdoor events have given me plenty of time to take it through some pretty outrageous conditions.
