Generally, the other brands do. Supposedly Wet and Wild does not test, but most of their stuff is made in China and I boycott China....anyway....this went off topic a bit I think. Just thought I would throw that out there. There aren't any places around me that sell Jane products and it's been a while since used them. A friend of mine uses some of them and seems moderately happy with them. They are obviously not the quality of Arbonne, MAC, etc, but they work well for cheap and if you can tweek how you apply them, then why not use them right? 'course i didn't use primer, or anything else to help it stay.
