I have a bear paw tattoo on my chest. It looks great with some costumes but I don't care for the look with my cabaret costumes. Can anyone recommend a good cover? Regular cover ups don't work.

Re: covering a tattoo
Sat, October 31, 2009 - 7:09 PMDerma colour by Kryolan. I believe it was desinged for people with sking defects, birthmarks, and Tattoos. They have alot of different colours so you can mix up a colours for canceling out the colour of the tattoo, and then make the perfect colour to blend in with your skin. You can get different powders and sprays that make it waterproof as well i think. its not the cheapest though, but I think it would last you a long time. Google it to get a bit more info, but here is a link to a site that has "how to's" (midway down it covers tattoos" and a link for the different products you can by. The other link is a thread about it, and about half way down it has a few before and after photos. Alot of people use it to cover tattos. Good luck!

Sun, November 1, 2009 - 3:49 PMBen Nye also has a creme tattoo-cover kit (see page 13: www.bennye.com/image/2007...Catalog.pdf ). In any case, it's going to need to be a creme product, as liquid will not give you the coverage you'll need. -

Mon, November 2, 2009 - 1:01 PMMAC also has a product to cover tats - I saw a blurb about it on LA Ink - Kat Von D had all of her ink covered up. It was wild. -
