Oooh...that would be called 'tapotement' (if I'm remembering how to spell it). It's a massage technique that's used all over the body but feels especially good on the face...and yes, it does help with circulation...you can do it all over your face, kind of in a method like drumming your fingers...but a little faster

I've got a bit of the same problem...I'm not real dark, but I do have an olive complexion and I've always had a bit of darkness under my eyes...plus my general bone structure doesn't seem to help...I've always found that keeping hydrated helps...and I do use tea bags, too...sooooo many wonderful uses for tea...it cures about anything...:-D

Oh, well...I can't complain overly much...I think I'm doing pretty good to be almost 42 yrs old...

You know how they tell you to dot your makeup concealer moisturizer etc with the ring finger? that tapping is actually lymphatic drainage...the color you are seeing is blood pooling in that area...so doing that light tapping will help.

I also heard abou this product on XM radio and ordered...it seems to actually help. I have noticed a real change...but it is one of those things you order one and they want to send it to you every month...so careful how you order...you won't use as much as they send you...unless you slather like crazy!!!
It is called Hydrolyze
