I get asked a lot of questions, not only about my products but on applying products. Every week, I'll share a new tip!

Makeup Tip No. 1

Using the right tool for applying foundation powders.

For a light finish, I recommend using a Kabuki, Buki or big rounded brush for applying your powder. (A Kabuki brush usually is made from animal hair, a Buki from synthetic fibers). Using a brush is perfect for your daytime look.

For your night time look or for problem skin, I recommend using a velvet or plush puff for applying. The foundation powder will go on heavier and give more coverage.

For both, use small circles and sweeping motions to apply an even and flawless finish!

Love,
Ahna
