Thu, September 24, 2009 - 3:08 PManother thing that dancers really need to be aware of is glitter, i know i know it sucks but all it is in its chemical nature is radioactive aluminum. causes severe health problems in the LONG run, so you might not feel anything right now but it starts accumulating in your organs... a good alternative is mica. also you might wonder if just because its on the skin it might not do anything but your body starts absorbing anything it has on itself in about 10-15 minutes..just thought id share that with everyone. -

Thu, September 24, 2009 - 7:10 PMNot all glitter is aluminum. Like Adriana said, Eye Kandy is a polymer (ie, soft plastic), as are many other cosmetic glitters out there. Read the labels on anything you put on your body...
