blue, purple or green will cover red
green is usualy used for blemishes, rosacea/broken capillaries
blue or purple for red undertones and blotches
from what i can see in your picture you have a very pale complexion, your torso and arms show red under tones

you could look into custom blended foundation or theater makeup that is used to cover/camouflage burns or scars

everyone skin turns flush from heat, those more sensitve to heat will trun brighter/darker shades or red some even redish~purple
you need to keep your skin cool.
an old theater trick is to apply coldcream (noxema) under their skin. it also makes makeup removal easier after
some use aloe, cucumber face gel. your makeup will appear more wet and certain makeup lines will not apply over these gels
a friend who is very heat sensitve keeps an ice pak, ( the old fashioned rubber bag), backstage after she applies her makeup she lays the pack over her face untill she needs to perform. if she has more then one performance that night she puts the pack on her face in between being on stage. by cooling her face and body temp. upfront she stays cooler on stage longer and has little to no redness.

Because if its not and you DO find a product to stop the redness in your face, you are going to have to extend it at least down your face and neck so that you don't end up with a normal toned face and red body. It think that would be weirder than having a red face.

If you use green concealer and have the problem of it still looking green then you are using too much. One thing you can do it actually mix it with your foundation and apply them both together. A color cerrector should be REALLY sheer!

The greens look like I'm wearing a green color corrector, while the Clinique makes my skin look less inflamed. Go figure. I've not actually tried it myself – for some crazy reason I want to "own" my redness.

Or it's possible you're not using the best possible foundation for your skin. It sort of shielded the over-and-above redness while allowing through the "natural blush."
