Hi all,
I've been using MAC fluidline cream (in the little pot) for my inner eyelid rim (waterline), but even that comes off after a few hours. Anyone got a recommendations for a COMPLETELY WATERPROOF and possible PERMANENT (wink) liner for the inner rim?
TIA! :0)

Well, if you truly want permanent, there are places that do permanent makeup tatoos. That is a little extreme, if you ask me, but it is available.

I used to love Hashmi Kajal, but had to stop using it when I found out it really did have lead, in spite of their claiming not to. Very disappointing, and I haven't found an American product with that staying power. Every powder kohl I've tried comes off the rims very quickly. I've had OK luck with the Styli-Style "semi-permanent" products, better than most. Also, HIP gel liner pots are all right. Haven't found anything great.

From what I know you actually cannot permanently tattoo waterlines. There are actual small ducts and glands there that can be damaged by doing this. I went to beauty school for skin care and that's what I was told anyway. I haven't persued it as a career since so things may of changed but I doubt it =)

try setting it with a powder [maybe an eyeshadow?]

when a MUA worked with me on a photoshoot, she used the fluidline on my inner lid, then set it with a shadow and it stayed pretty well.

I haven't tried it on my eyes, but GOSH has a waterproof eyeliner in a bunch of awesome colours. I tested it on the back on my hand and ended up having to use nailpolish remover to get it off! So it's very waterproof. My friend has worn it on her eyes and can get it off with her makeup remover, but I can't rememberwhich brand.

Marlena (www.makeupgeek.com) recommends the Urban Decay 24/7 pencils. I've also heard good things about MakeUpForever Aqua Eyes, and Prestige Waterproof liner (drugstore brand - cheap price!!).

I've always wanted to line my waterline (esp with white)...I've posted this in another thread, but, my eyes water uncontrollaby and won't stop till ALL the makeup, even my UD primer potion is completely smeared and streaming...will any of these types work? Is there a "fake" way to do this?
