I tested it on the back on my hand and ended up having to use nailpolish remover to get it off! So it's very waterproof. My friend has worn it on her eyes and can get it off with her makeup remover, but I can't rememberwhich brand. There are actual small ducts and glands there that can be damaged by doing this. I went to beauty school for skin care and that's what I was told anyway. Very disappointing, and I haven't found an American product with that staying power. Every powder kohl I've tried comes off the rims very quickly. I've had OK luck with the Styli-Style "semi-permanent" products, better than most. Also, HIP gel liner pots are all right. Haven't found anything great.
