I was at Longs today and I found packs of glitter eyeliner in different colors: green, blue, silver, brown... They come three to a pack and are made by Prestige. Best of all, only $4.99 for a three pack! The blue is really bright too.

Fri, November 14, 2008 - 6:42 AMI've tried those before and I found that the glitter pieces would get into my eye & be a little bit irritating. The glitter didn't scratch or anything it was just annoying until my eyeballs watered up enough to flush it out... -

I have one of their chunky glittery eye pencils in black., as used by Panacea on you tube and I had heard mixed reviews but I tried it today over charcoal coloured normal eyeshadow and it made great evening arabic eyes
