You ladies dont have Barry M brand over there do you? I have one of their chunky glittery eye pencils in black., as used by Panacea on you tube and I had heard mixed reviews but I tried it today over charcoal coloured normal eyeshadow and it made great evening arabic eyes

For glitter eyeliner, while pencils sound easy and fun, I find Eye Kandy does well enough… as long as you're good at using it.

I've tried those before and I found that the glitter pieces would get into my eye & be a little bit irritating. The glitter didn't scratch or anything it was just annoying until my eyeballs watered up enough to flush it out...

I was at Longs today and I found packs of glitter eyeliner in different colors: green, blue, silver, brown... They come three to a pack and are made by Prestige. Best of all, only $4.99 for a three pack! The blue is really bright too.
