All of the largish nosepins i have were once earring studs with thinker posts.....just bent in the right spot with jewelry pliers so they stay in without the back. MUCH cheaper than any of the cool "nose" studs I've found, and I give all the pairs to my best girlfriend....we end up the twinkie nose set quite often.
