Ok....this may be a really stupid question but I'll ask anyway. I want to wear some feather lashes to do a peacock look. My idea was to wear them on the top lashline, and I found some really cool ones on this website: www.wickedtemptations.com/tr-fblkj1.html
but they show on the box them being worn on the bottom lashes. So.....which is it top or bottom?? Or does it matter?

Mon, October 13, 2008 - 8:28 PMYou can wear them either top or bottom lashes. That looks to me not so much worn on the bottom lashes as showing how they look while looking down or having the eyes closed with them worn on the upper lashes. -

Sat, October 18, 2008 - 8:59 AMIt doesn't matter how you wear them, but for me if I wear them on the top lash it tends to "pull" my eye down (makes my eyes look smaller). this is going to be different for different people, just fyi.

Fri, October 24, 2008 - 4:52 PMI just wore some last weekend, I wore them on the bottom, they are a bit heavy. And although I didn't give the top a try, I could imagine it being unbearably annoying to have them flapping around every time I blinked, if they were on top. -

Wed, October 29, 2008 - 5:14 PMYep, I wore regular falsies on top, and the feather lashes (the same ones that Malia linked to) on the bottom. I also had fancy eyeshadow going on though, and figured it would be a little unbalanced. If I can find a pic I'll post it. -

Wed, October 29, 2008 - 9:14 PMI think if I decide to wear them on the bottom, I'd cut them so I'm just wearing the feather in the bottom corner. My lashes are pretty long on the top and the bottom. I think I'm going to wear some sparkly falsies on top. And I'm doing some pretty elaborate peacockesque makeup as well.

But then when I look at photos for inspiration, I've seen them worn on top in some pics and on the bottom in others. They're actually pretty light looking though I haven't tried them on yet.

UPDATE: So I ended up cutting off the lash portion of my feather lashes and wearing the feather part on the bottom lashes and really sparly false lashes on top. Looked uber cool!! I will post pics as soon as I get them. My friend took pics of me. The peacock look came out awesome.....if I do say so myself. :)

I wear fou lashes often, and I found the feather ones to be quite light and easier to wear, plus everyone commented on them and loved'em! I wore them on the top. I definitely recommend them highly!! -

Wed, November 12, 2008 - 9:51 AMi also stock up on discounted halloween lashes and i wore a pair of black feather lashes for a halloween show and put some silver eye kandy on the tips and it was pretty cool. though, i kept seeing something sparkely everytime i would turn....very distracting.
